I am looking for a roommate that would like to move in as soon as possible. The room has a closet and a private full bathroom. I have a washer and dryer as well as a grill. All utilities are included in the rent and there is street parking available outside the unit. I would be asking for a $ deposit or $ if you have a pet. No smoking. I am looking for a month-to-month agreement to ensure it is the right fit however I am open to a longer stay if things feel right. Let me know if you're interested!
