We just moved in so the room is clean and hasn't had an occupant yet. I believe it is . We do have a brand new bed that we bought for the room that hasn't been used yet as well. It is a queen sized bedbut we can also remove it if you wish to use your own. We still have a bunch to unpack so please don't mind all the boxes. haha.
