I work from home. Took pick of my cat/ if not tolerated will get rid of. My past roommate passed away last week / she brought cat home and I got somewhat attached. The roommate would share the half of monthly bills. Currently in lease till September ., half of electric which runs monthly, and internet is if you use that half as well. I forgot to mention the potential would have their own bathroom, and this complex requires a deposit on move in- which I will help you with that if you are a serious minded professional and willing to sign the lease. If you are not open to signing lease- possibly the situation can still be workable- it all depends on how likeminded one is on a serious professional roommate. I am just trying to do "life" work and pay the bills. I am looking for an honest, person that desires the same, pay the bills and be as happy any one person can be. I do not have any nonsense in my life or "drama" I think they call it.
