I am renting out the master bedroom to our upstairs floor the bathroom is shared with one individual but we have always been able to get into a good routine for everyone that fits. House is mixed as far as room mates goes there is a family in the basement with two kids and a single adult male upstairs. Amenities are shared and we are all pretty easy going and communicate well! Must be okay with all types of pets as there are animals already in the home with that being said no we can not have any other pets here. Don’t mind a couple but that will cost more this is an already furnished space with a side entrance. This is a month to month lease as we are just holding the space for someone in August of this year maybe September the latest.
