Two story bath home with one private bathroom (main bedroom that I rent), 1 shared bathroom between the other two bedrooms, and a power bathroom on the main level. The house has lots of windows, fireplace, kitchen with updated appliances and quartz countertops, a small outdoor deck with grill in the backyard, and a large front yard. The bedroom is fully furnished, though the items can be removed if you wish to furnish with your own furniture. There is also a washer dryer included in the house.The driveway has space to park 4 cars and there is plenty of street parking. There is a two car garage, but it isn’t free for parking as it’s been turned into my private workshop space (for which I pay a higher percentage of the rent each month). Any noise that comes from the garage is extremely muffled/non-invasive (which my other roommate can verify). There are often weeks of time where the workshop isn’t in use between gigs, and I also limit any work to typical daytime work hours when in use to align with other roommates work schedules well. I am very accommodating in this area and want my roommates to be happy with the setup, so please feel free to voice any concerns and I’m confident we could find a positive solution. The home is located in an HOA so all yards are well kept and the neighborhood is peaceful.The home is rented through Progress Residential. You can be added to the lease through them officially, or I would be willing to discuss private payment made directly to me each month for your portion of the rent/utilities if you have a concern about being listed on the lease (which we could discuss more upon contact). We also have a security code lock on the front door with an individualized code programmable for each roommate.
