This is a new house that just finished renovations with a brand new gorgeous kitchen and new modern bathrooms that is only minutes from downtown Denver and minutes to the airport. The 2 downstairs bedrooms share a large bathroom with a double vanity, a living room area and a work area. The master bedroom has their own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs will share the other remaining upstairs bathroom. You would be getting the master bedroom with your own attached bathroom. There is also a work area set up with a large monitor and a commercial sized L desk in the basement that I use to use to work from home. There are also 2 living rooms so the roommates have plenty of space to hang together or individually. The kitchen is large and beautiful and doesn’t get used much by the current roommates. There is also a washer and dryer room. And it is walking distance from UC hospital and Anschultz. I also have never raised the rent and will never raise the rent for anyone living at the house.

My wife and I are are traveling to Asia for 6 months and we’re looking for someone to sublet our master bedroom with private bathroom in south Denver. We’ll be gone from February until June/July. The house will be fully furnished including a king size sleep number bed, a work from home station with large monitor, a large tv with a ps living rooms and a fenced in backyard. We also have a home gym with a squat rack and elliptical. We do have 3 roommates but you will rarely see them. Peter lives in the other bedroom upstairs but doesn’t really leave his room. Juan and Alena live downstairs and you might see them occasionally but only in passing. They generally just hang out in their rooms as well. Juan is the only one that cooks occasionally but Peter and Alena never use the kitchen
