About me

Hello! I am looking for a female roomate for a bathroom unit in Aspire, San Marcos. I am a dedicated, focused, and private art and music major! I like to unwind and relax and also work hard on my career. I am extremely clean in common areas and would like a roomate who is very clean as well. I go to sleep early and wake up early, (going to sleep between the hours of am) and appreciate respected quiet hours (for the common living spaces) at night! I don’t smoke anything inside the apartment and I don’t want a roomate who does either, but we have a nice balcony in the building. I play loud electric guitar in my room and play music sometimes but am very mindful and respectful at night, and whenever communicated. I don’t go out partying very often and don’t want to live with someone who is often partying or loud inside the common space of the apartment, as it is annoying and often dirty. I love dogs and cats as long as they are properly taken care of and quiet and not my responsibility!
