The room has large bay windows, a decorative fireplace, and comes partially furnished. It is situated at the front end of the house, providing privacy, away from the kitchen and living room.Our condo is a bright and spacious sq. ft. flat, with an eat-in kitchen, dishwasher and modern refrigerator. The dining room/living room combo. We also have a laundry room that has a guest loft space and a very large shared garden with fruit trees.You'll be sharing the home with myself, my two children months and my roommate/friend of many years. When my older son was a baby, we had roommates, and it worked out really well. We occasionally offered discounted rent in exchange for childcare, though this is not a requirement – it just happened to be a good arrangement in the past. I do have friends and family come stay with me fairly often, so its a pretty social home.I am flexible with the lease term and open to short term arrangements even weekly. Open to longer-term arrangements for the right person and scenario after a period.The condo is located in the Mission district, within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants, and close to public transit.You should be employed, financially responsible, comfortable around children and clean.
