My girlfriend and I are respectful and also very understanding too. The room is private, and we all share a bathroom. The rent is $ for single occupancy and $ for double occupancy. Pets are an additional fee of $ per month. The rent includes utilities, cable, WiFi, pool and kitchen & laundry prillivages. We all supply a pack of toilet paper. We are very close to the fwy and Fullerton Rd. We have 1 dog that only come in at night time to sleep in their cages. We have 3 cats that have their own room. We hope you aren't allergic to them.
