Room for Rent Across from the Whitewater Center – All Utilities Included!
Hey there! I’ll be honest — I haven’t had a roommate since college, and I’m currently going through a divorce, so I figured it’s time to shake things up and try something new.
I live in a large, comfortable home with -foot ceilings, giving it a very open and unique feel — definitely not your typical apartment vibe. It’s located directly across the street from the Whitewater Center. If you’re into hiking, zip lining, live music, craft beers, or just spending time outdoors, this could be the perfect spot.
I’m looking for a clean, tidy, and fun roommate who’s okay with dogs. I have two friendly dogs myself, so dog lovers are definitely a plus (and if you have a friendly pup too, even better). I currently work from home, so I’d love someone respectful of shared space but also someone who enjoys good conversation or a chill hang now and then.

Fenced-in backyard with no neighbors behind – private, peaceful, and perfect for sunsets
Fire pit, BBQ grill, and garden area (feel free to plant when the weather warms up – just pitch in!)
Two-car garage (fits up to a large SUV; I park my pickup in the driveway)
I’m a laid-back, down-to-earth person who enjoys the outdoors, grilling, and relaxing by the fire. I love good company and appreciate a peaceful, respectful home environment.
