Hello, my roommate since just moved out and we are looking for someone to fill the third bedroom. My friend who I have known since I was a kid is my other roommate. We are recent college graduates who are trying to get our careers started. We live in a great neighborhood and are relatively close to sac state. My parents own the house and are great landlords! I manage the utilities and rent. Utilities range from $ each depending on usage and time of year. There is an additional smaller room if you would like your own home office for some extra rent!
