I am currently trying to fill two rooms at the apartment I am currently staying at who are able to stay for 12 month starting August 1st. The apartment is located near Downer and Kenwood. The rent for each room would be $500 a month plus energy and internet which is typically about $50. I am pretty laid back, I try to keep shared spaces clean, and I love to cook.
