Hi! I’m a -year-old professional who just graduated with a degree in Communications (Public Relations emphasis). I’m moving to D.C. for a full-time position with Marriott International as part of their Voyager Program at the St. Regis Washington, D.C. I am looking to relocate between June , , and I’m hoping to find a great female roommate (or two) to share a home with. I’m specifically looking for accommodations in Alexandria or Arlington but am open to options in Maryland. I’m looking to lease through at least July 1st of next year.
I am searching for female roommates and a monthly rent (including utilities and parking) not exceeding $ per person.
I’m clean, respectful, and fairly quiet at home. My schedule may vary depending on hotel needs, but I prioritize a balanced lifestyle. I eat clean, exercise daily, and enjoy an active social life—whether that’s exploring museums, attending the symphony, visiting national monuments, or catching a sports game. I also love reading, roller skating, hiking, board games, games, dinner parties, and engaging in community events. History, culture, and the fine arts are big passions of mine, and I truly appreciate experiencing all four seasons!

A clean and respectful person who values a peaceful, well-maintained home.
Someone who respects quiet hours and understands the need for personal downtime.
A responsible roommate who pays rent on time.
Preferably someone who enjoys a mix of social outings and relaxation.
Budget-conscious: Rent + utilities + parking should not exceed $ per person.
No pets—I’m allergic to cats and would prefer a pet-free home.
Someone who doesn’t frequently have large groups of people over.
Sober and mindful of maintaining a healthy and positive living environment.
