All three of us are about to move to the west coast. The house is located right next to the CSU parking lot and has 4 parking spaces (2 are taken). The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, with the lower bedroom being the largest and having space for 2 people. The house has a large garden with a newly built shed. It is easy to heat the house and there is a fireplace in the back living room. The huge window front is what makes this house so charming. It takes ten minutes to walk to Fort Collins City Park and no less than thirty minutes to get downtown. The house is really well located. The dishwasher, washing machine and dryer work great. Heating up the house is very easy. The landlords are helpful, cool and easy to reach. The house is pet friendly and has lots of sofas and tables. Because there is so much space, at least 4 people can live here. So if you already are a group of , you can just takeover the entire place. If not, you can try to connect with other roomies and get this place together.
