WOMEN ONLY!!! This is for someone who is looking for a temporary stay. My lease is up soon. I doubt if i renew but I’m sure I’ll be here until July. I’m a very private person and love to mind my business. I do have animals so you must not be afraid…they also mind their biz 😅 I keep it pretty clean. 2 story homes. The room is upstairs as well as the bathroom I’ll be downstairs. This rental comes with bed and tv. Have to provide your own sheets for bed. All utilities, cable and WiFi included. Far as overnight company I’m thinking a hard no but in time MIGHT change my mind. I just don’t want any men walking through my house 🤷🏾‍♂️
