It has a queen sized bed with a new mattress, a futon, an empty dresser, two bookcases, and a flatscreen TV. The attached private bath has a walk in shower. The rent is $. All utilities, including internet, are included in the rent. A very quiet elderly couple with a small dog rent the second bedroom. I have the third bedroom.
