I'm looking for roommates for my place on commercial drive. Located in the heart of commercial drive with lots of local grocery stores, a ten minute walk from broadway station, and a decent amount of street parking. It's the main floor of the house with a gas stove and new fridge. There's no in house laundry, but there are 2 laundromats less than a 5 minute walk away. I don't have a lot of furniture or sense for design so if you are someone is, I'd be more than happy to give you the freedom to make the space feel cozy. I'm hoping to split the rent between 2 people which would be $ plus internet, or one other person for $ plus rent. 1 room is available immediately while the other will be by March .
