I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my apartment ASAP. Lease Ends July (I can give you access to the space asap)It is a has private bathroom, fully furnished, with a washer & dryer. I currently have 2 roommates who are very chill, clean, and friendly with no animals.The complex has a gym, hot tub, pool, basketball court, and a chill common area.
