We will split the utilities and internet bills. I have an extra room that can be used as an office space for those who work from home. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and I haven’t had any trouble since moving in almost 2 years ago. I do have a security system for those who are interested in one. I’m a very clean and quiet person who loves reading on her off days. I’m looking for someone who isn’t too loud and keeps a clean environment. I don’t mind pets but I don’t have a backdoor leading to the backyard for those who do have dogs, just a side gate that leads to the backyard. I also don’t smoke and would prefer someone who doesn’t as well. The room is furnished with the items in the photos but if you would like to use your own stuff I can remove them.
