I have 1 bdrm available in my 2 bdrm apartment in Hollywood. Close to Larchmont, Korea Town and West Hollywood. It is a private unfurnished room, shared bathroom, shared common space and kitchen. I have a cat, and am open to roommates with cats of their own. The rent does not include utilities which would all be split . There is one covered parking space in the back that could also be yours for an additional amount. Current roommate moving out next week and can provide pictures then.
