Hi! I’m a college student in a gap year currently looking for a roommate (preferably a woman between the ages of ) to live in my apartment with me! It’s located in West Simsbury, and is a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 full bath. It’s in a quiet area off the main road and fully furnished, but you can take things out and decorate your room as you please :) The rent is $ a month (which includes utilities and wifi) and a driveway you can park in. There is also a pool that is getting fixed for the summer! It’s about minutes from CCSU, about minutes from UHart and minutes from Tunxis. If you’re interested please let me know as soon as possible!
