Extremely responsible & clean up after myself. I’d like to be able to use common areas at times, of course respecting your house at all times but I’d like to not be confined to just my room.I’m looking to be able to share the room with my partner, even if that means a higher rent. I also have an extremely well trained & super friendly lb husky who I don’t mind just keeping her in my room if you prefer. She gets along with every dog she meets if you have dogs. I’d also like to be able to bring my 5 year old son over & visit. I don’t want that to be a problem if he uses the house.
