I prefer a bedroom. I would love 2 bathrooms, with a house full of females, 2 bathrooms would be lovely. I would like a garage to store my lawnmowers and other yard equipments I have. The area is not a big concern if the house is nice. The basement can be finished or unfinished; if it’s unfinished as long as it’s still decent to hangout in the basement and just not for doing laundry.
