My name i am christian and I’m the owner of this property. I currently stay in Los Angeles. So I’m looking to rent out the second private bedroom and we would like to extend the house as a shareincluding kitchen access , living room , laundry , and outdoor in ground pool. would share the main bath house with a guy who has been at the address for 5 year. We have a separate efficiency with separate entrance that another person rents. You would be sharing the laundry facilities, pool, Bbq, back yard with these two individuals . Roommate in main house is respectful , works full time, very quiet, pays rent on time . Roommate we are interviewing for would have to be open to living with animals as he has two shitzu and a cat
