About me

Hi, my name is Dylan Buenaventura. I am turning in April. I am a full time student in my senior year at CSUN. I am starting my job as a Behavior Technician on March th. I am currently working at Costco as a forklift driver, but my last day of work is March 9th. I am financially stable and have a comfortable emergency fund. I have good credit and am consistently punctual with payment due dates. I am looking for a room for me and my 3 year old German Shepherd. His name is Koda and he is potty-trained, disciplined, and crate-trained. If need be, he is able to stay in the room full time and I will take him outside on walks to use the restroom. He has a crate that he eats in and loves to take naps in his crate or on my bed. My intentions for the room are just as a place to sleep and leave Koda when I am at work or class. I don’t mind just keeping to myself and staying in the room, but I also love to make new friends and have good conversations. I enjoy playing guitar, playing video games, and watching anime. I am a big foodie and have a huge sweet tooth. I am really interested in this room and would love to talk to you about the opportunity.
