The building has a swimming pool, small gym facility, and grills all included in the rent. We each have our own fair sized room with plenty of closet space and private bathrooms. Both rooms are separated by our lovely living room and kitchen. The walls don’t seem to be as thin as most buildings in LA which is also a bonus! There is plenty of street parking available as we have a long street in a relatively quiet nook of valley village, so finding a spot has never be an issue.
