Hi, I'm renting out my 2nd bedroom. Currently furnished but you could bring your own furniture. Personal closet, shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, hallway closet, balcony. There is free parking with plenty of space. The apartment is around square feet and fully furnished but I'm open to additional furnishing if desired. Gym and pool access. Shared yard (no fence), BBQ, dog park, clubhouse. I've been living here on my own for about a year but looking to add a roommate to save money and have another person to hang with. I'm friendly, funny, and i like to travel, explore, go outdoors, ski, or just hang out and whatever. I'm months out of college, so looking for someone around the same age and spot in life.
