I’m looking for a female to sublet this room this summer (June-July). It’s one of ten bedrooms in a student ministry house. Two bathrooms, washer and dryer included, utilities included in monthly price and will be reimbursed at the end of the sublet period!! Roommates will be in and out but most of the sublease will be spent alone for the summer.
