I’ve added some nice seating and lighting, a grill and a shade canopy in the back for cookouts. I’m no chef myself, but definitely love a good BBQ with some music and drinks. The living room will be converted to a stunning home theater in the coming 6-ish months.I don’t ask much for a deposit, but I do ask that we meet up and spend a good amount of time getting to know one another before reaching any agreements for our mutual benefit.
