My boyfriend and I are still looking to fill the extra bedroom in our house ASAP for $/3 of utilities/wifi (~$ per person). Located in Green Valley Ranch. We are minutes from the airport and minutes from downtown. $ move in fee will go toward 1st month’s rent.While we are hoping to find a more permanent renter, we are open to short term, as well, and can furnish the room if necessary. The space includes a hall bathroom with shower and soaking tub that will mostly be just yours (except for when we occasionally have guests staying with us due to it being next to the guest room), laundry, and complete access to shared spaces, such as the kitchen, living room, and spacious backyard. We have a basement that has plenty of storage space, but is also set up for parties (we don’t have more than a couple per year, but my boyfriend is a DJ, so he does play music down there every now and then, as well). Parking would be on the street in front of the house, but it’s a pretty quiet, safe neighborhood. We have 2 cats so it’s much easier to not have any other pets added to the house, but we have made it work before so that’s negotiable depending on the pet. I am a high school teacher and my boyfriend works nights in a warehouse. We are both in our s. In our free time, we like to go to shows (we both love EDM the most). My boyfriend is very much an introvert and homebody, but I’m very extroverted and love going out to explore the city and the mountains. We are both pretty laid back and no-drama, but we are also both night owls so we stay up pretty late (we will be respectful of your schedule though and won’t be loud unless you’re ok with it). We keep the house clean and organized and expect the same of whoever is living with us.Ideally, we are looking for someone clean, respectful, responsible, and easy going.
