It is a 2 story condo, and I am renting the upstairs bedroom and large private bathroom. I will be staying on the downstairs bedroom.The room has a bed, built in wardrobe and desk.The tram/train station is 5 minutes walk away.It is also within walking distance to downtown.I have two cute little mini dachshunds for a few days a week (my ex keeps them during the weekend).I am not interested in people who work from home. I usually work at my shop until 9pm, so usually not at home till late night.Rent: $ + one month's rent deposit + half of the monthly electric bill ($).Rent includes Wifi + other utilities.Street parking.
