I have a month lease. but you can stay as long or short as you need. just a heads up a month ahead of the moving date will be needed. $ a month plus half of electric bill. laundry included in the complex unit. and I would love someone who can keep it near and tidy as I keep my place. it would be much appreciated to clean up after yourself.
