The monthly rent is $ (that includes utilities), but I will pay for the month of April and for the first three months, (May, June, July), I will pay for dollars of the monthly rent, meaning that it will only be for the first three months. It is a shared room, but in a great area near a bus stop and VASA fitness, a great gym. It is south of BYU campus, only about a ten-minute walk away.
