I am currently looking to rent 1 room in my house on a month to month agreement. There is 1 bathroom with a shower that will be shared amongst the 3 rooms. You must be single, a college student or have a stable full time job and I will be asking for proof of income. The neighborhood is great, nice and peaceful and neighbors are very friendly.
