I’m a female working professional in the tech sales industry. I’m very clean, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. I love cats, wine, horror movies, EDM, and am a true crime junkie ッ
Throughout my life, I’ve rented multiple times and can provide references from past tenants if needed. I’ve lived with a variety of personalities and understand that everyone has different needs, opinions, and expectations. I prioritize open communication and mutual respect, as I believe they are key to a harmonious living environment.
I have three very friendly and affectionate cats, so I’m looking for a roommate who likes cats and isn’t allergic. Rest assured, my home is kept extremely clean—my cats use litter robots, and there’s no pet odor.
I have a great group of friends I’d be happy to introduce you to, or we can explore the city together—there are still so many places I haven’t discovered yet! That said, if you prefer to do your own thing, I completely respect that as well.
If you enjoy gardening, I have four large garden boxes in the backyard that you’re welcome to use. I find it relaxing to spend time outside, and I also enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, and skiing—basically anything outdoors. I strive to maintain a peaceful and low-stress lifestyle ✌︎
In terms of house rules, I keep things simple and reasonable. For example, I ask that shoes be removed inside, dishes be kept out of the sink, common areas be cleaned after use, and the front and back doors be kept locked. Nothing too strict—just basic guidelines to keep our home comfortable for both of us
