Hi! My Fiancé and I currently have 2 available rooms in a 3 bedroom house that we plan to rent out to only one tenant. The additional room could be used as an office or a shared guest room. If you would allow us to use the guest room as needed we can negotiate a reduced rental rate. It has a private bathroom with a shower/small tub.Rent can be month to month or on a year lease if needed!The bedrooms/ office areas are not furnished but we have a mattress/ bed frame available if needed.All common space areas and backyard are fully furnished.There is a built in closet in one of the rooms and you will have some storage space in the garage if needed.The house has a beautiful Mission Bay view, plenty of shared space and a large kitchen.Utilities are not included but run about ~$ a month.
