We’ve lived here for two years and love it, but with the ups and downs of running a small business, we’re looking for ways to reduce costs while keeping a great living environment.About the Space: • Private bedroom with a walk-in closet • Your own full bathroom (not shared!) • In-unit laundry, dishwasher, & central AC • High-speed AT&T fiber internet included • Resort-style pool, fitness center, and outdoor fireplaces • Safe, prime location near Whole Foods and Restaurant Row • New apartment complex – modern and well-maintainedThe second bedroom (yours) is currently set up as my office, with a twin-size daybed, desk, Peloton, and printer—but we can remove anything you don’t need. If you prefer, you’re welcome to move in furnished.What We’re Looking For: • Someone clean, respectful, and responsible • No drama, no partying until 2 AM, and definitely no drinking the last of the milk and leaving an empty carton in the fridge! • Must love cats – we have three friendly cats (Asher, Spider Monkey, and Snow White), so this isn’t a good fit for anyone with allergies.Flexible Living Options:Right now, we’re looking for one roommate, but if we find two great people, we’d consider moving across the hall to a three-bedroom unit, which would lower rent for everyone while giving us more space.
