Hi, I am seeking a safe and peaceful studio/home and am also open to an RV trailer provided it is in a safe, secure place within miles of Azusa, Covina, Duarte, Glendora… I am in my 's, youthful in appearance but obviously mature in age. I take pride in where I live, I am very clean, respectful and considerate and want the same in a rental situation. I don’t have vices, not a partier and lead a fairly solitary life. I am warm and engaging but generally keep to myself unless engaged and or feel comfortable. I would never disrespect an owners home and my motivation is to treat it with care and respect.
