Hi!I am moving out of my apartment unit at the View on Pavey Square for the summer, so it will be available for sublease from the beginning of May through the end of July.The bedroom is part of a 4 person unit, but only of my roommates are staying over the summer and they are cool.The room has a bed and bathroom with a shower included. A desk and chair for computer work is provided as well.It is a really nice unit that is always kept super clean. The main room has a great TV setup with cable and a nice kitchen next to it. Not to mention, the complex provides free coffee in the lobby and a gym on the second floor that's always open. Also, a laundry room is included in the unit.I will be charging $ total for rent each month, which includes utilities.If anyone is interested, please let me know!
