I’m interested in renting an available room and wanted to introduce myself to see if we’d be a good fit as housemates. I’m planning to move by April 1st and am looking for a comfortable and friendly living space.
A little about me: I work during the day and enjoy cooking in the evenings. I’m laid-back, keep common areas clean, and don’t usually have guests over. That said, if you have a small gathering, I’m happy to socialize! I’m also not too particular about noise levels, as long as there’s mutual respect. Privacy is important to me, and I’d love to find a roommate who values both friendliness and personal space.
