I am looking for someone to sublease my room in an all-female unit at the Quad. The room is upstairs in the townhome and has its own bathroom. The rent is $/month, and it includes unlimited electricity, internet, and water. The unit comes with a washer and dryer, and it is a 7 minute drive from UCF. There is also a shuttle pickup location located at the entrance of the residence. The sublease would be from April to July, but I am open to discussing an earlier move-in date for the end of March. You will also be able to renew lease if desired.
