Looking for a responsible, friendly roommate to rent out a furnished room in our brand-new home located in a welcoming community. Our house has all the amenities you need for comfortable living, including:

Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom with us, a friendly fairly young couple [] (we also have two lovable Labradors who are part of the family!)
I’m a full-time nurse, so I’m often at work, and we’re a quiet, respectful household. We’re looking for a college student or a professional who values a clean, peaceful living space. The rent includes all utilities: water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and trash.
