Nice place! Lake view and access, can have a kayak and swim. Fireplace! Personally I’m a sports fan. Hikes and beach trips are nice too. I prefer modern music. Generally clean and keep to myself but do like a good conversation every once in awhile. $ is out the door cost. It’s a apt and I pay the utilities, insurance, WiFi, etc. There is a covered parking space, I don’t mind if you use it.
