Females Only ( I am a Single Mother of 1 So I have a little girl ) I am looking for a roommate who can pay nothing less than Bare Minimum. I prefer per month for the rent because everything will be included in the rent such as Water, Electric, Household Cleaning Supplies, a Washer and Dryer that you may use, and in some cases even food. If you have pets I do not mind as long as they are outdoor animals. I have a 2 car garage, a front yard, and a backyard and have no problem with you building a cool creative space for them to live in and make their own they just cant LIVE inside the house to help keep my little girl safe. Please be kind , clean, Clcaring, considerate, able to communicate effectively, open and transparent, willing to resolve conflict and timely with the payment of rent. I am very flexible and approachable. If you need help just ask just dont hide things from me and I will make an effort when and where I can.
