UREGENT LEASE TAKEOVER!!! Looking for someone to take my lease starting July . Rent is $ a month however I will be coveringf % of the first months rent (OR I CAN COVER THE ENTIRE FIRST MONTH, I AM REALLY NEEDING TO FIND SOMEONE) and parking can be added. There are 3 other roommates and they are super clean and respectful of spaces. It is a private bedroom and bathroom at Park Place which is right next to campus!! You can also choose if you want parking
