Looking for a Roomate starting April in Sherman Oaks, great area w tons of grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. Sun ☀️ lit home with lots of windows and classic details: Fire 🔥 place, wood ceiling, outdoor brick patio, washer dryer, garage. Room is furnished with queen size bed, large desk and drawers, huge TV and air conditioner. No issues with parking. Must love my sweet calm dog 🐾
