Hello guys, We have a cute house in Newtown 5 mins away walking from the station, shops and restaurants. Aldi and IGA are the local supermarkets, Fitness First and Duti studios are a 5 mins walk. The room can be rented privately at $ weekly or if you would like to share either with your parner or a friend it would be $ per person weekly. All bills are included within this fee. The house is super accommodating and cozy, we share with 2 other people. We are happy to rent if for a min of 3 months, however we are flexible in case you need to leave before or would like to extend.
