Hey folks! I'm student/New CNA living with my boyfriend and his friend in a 3 bedroom apartment we have an additional room in downtown Durham we live in a relatively nice and high-rise apartment with rent being a bit high we would like to find someone who would like to occupy the room for a fair price rent would be divided by all of us and as for groceries, we all put a certain amount( each) a month and we all split food and cooking duties. We do split common areas, such as bathrooms, the living room and kitchen, as for utilities like water and light bill. We don't have to pay a water bill at our location but we do pay a light bill that's typically not high since we are all students or have full time jobs so we split the total. We are all pretty chill people and easy to get along with we have no rules other than be respectful of others.
