My name is Grace Perez, and I’m seeking a welcoming, goal-oriented living environment while balancing full-time work and school. I’m pursuing an associate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and plan to transfer to CSUN for my bachelor’s to become a Registered Dietitian.
Currently living in Burbank, I need a new place that better supports my lifestyle and personal growth. I’m looking for a home where I feel comfortable, respected, and surrounded by like-minded, driven individuals.
As a roommate, I’m responsible, clean, and considerate. I maintain a tidy, harmonious space, always picking up after myself and being mindful of others. My schedule keeps me busy—I work full-time, and in the evenings, I focus on my studies. While I may not be home often, I value a peaceful, respectful living environment. I’m also supportive and easygoing, fostering trust, cooperation, and positive relationships with my roommates.
