*females only!* I’m annie! I rent a 2 bedroom apartment in Spokane Valley. My roommate is moving out this coming September (finished school) so the other room will be opening up! All utilities but electric are included in the rent! it’s a really nice area— all the neighbors are super friendly and quiet, there’s laundry & dishwasher are in-unit, and you’ve got your own bathroom! I’m going to SCC for surgical tech, and when I’m not in class I’m usually studying most of the time haha. I’m super clean & tidy, easy-goin, and I have a cat named Sonny who’s a total sweetheart. I’d prefer a roommate around my age, but I’m open to other ages, only comfortable with another girl. I love to be friends with my roommates if we click! There’s a lot of decorating we can still do & I’m down to change up the place to make it feel like both of ours!
